Time stamping job assignments will keep your motor club ratings high, as well as provide you with greater audit tracking for call status, eta, and accountability.
1. An accepted job needs to be assigned to a driver. If dispatching from mobile, choose the Check Mark icon.
2. Select the driver on the next screen and they will get an notification on their phone.
3.Once the driver is dispatched the job they will tap the Play icon. The job will have a new timestamp showing it's In Progress.
4.When the driver finishes the call they will tap the checkered flag icon.
